- Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities, helping our customers stay connected and engaged with their community.
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management, to support our customers' physical and emotional well-being.
- Offer respite and emotional support to our customers and their families, providing a sense of calm and reassurance.
- Transport customers to appointments and social events, promoting independence and mobility.
- Provide complex care for customers with high care needs, including dementia and other conditions, requiring specialized support and care.
- A competitive hourly rate of $39.80, plus superannuation and paid kilometers.
- A guaranteed number of hours and shifts, ensuring a stable and predictable income.
- A comprehensive training program, including paid courses and certifications, to support your professional development and career growth.

- Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support, Disability, or Nursing.
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications.
- Additional immunizations, including diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, hepatitis B, measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and TB (if applicable).
- A current P1 class or above Australian Driver's License and a registered vehicle, with a willingness to travel to customers' homes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
