The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Contract Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a vital role in the execution of head contract and subcontract requirements.
You will be responsible for interpreting contracts, drafting correspondence, preparing subcontract packages, and managing project accounts. You will also assist the Project Manager with financial tracking/forecasting.
This is a full-time role based in our Henderson office. Free onsite parking and catered lunch are available.
- Execution of head contract and subcontract requirements.
- Contract interpretation and drafting of correspondence.
- Preparation and finalization of subcontract packages.
- Preparation of monthly progress claims.
- Identification, pricing, submission, and agreement of variations.
- Pricing, submission, and agreement of extension of time claims.
- Collating information for the preparation of weekly and monthly reports for the projects.
- Manage project accounts and assist Project Manager with accurate financial tracking/forecasting on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate and manage project and site documentation.
- Attend meetings with head contractors and subcontractors as required.
