Job Title:

Retail Store Manager

About the Role:
  • This leadership position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee a team of up to 20 members.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to motivate and inspire their team, and drive business growth through effective decision-making.
  • A key responsibility will be to maintain high standards of store presentation, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
  • Additionally, they will need to work closely with stock allocation teams to ensure optimal stock levels, maximizing return on floor space.
  • Other duties include preparing and monitoring sales reports, rosters, and ensuring team compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead, coach and train a team of up to 20 team members
  2. Drive the organization's values with your team
  3. Maintain a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
  4. Liaise with your Stock Allocator, as well as work independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
  5. Prepare and monitor: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
