We are seeking a skilled Client Service Officer to join our Estate Management team at NSW Department of Communities and Justice. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, who are often vulnerable or have complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate and engage with customers to understand their financial needs and existing arrangements
