Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, showering, toileting, dressing/undressing, and mobility assistance.
  • Reminders for medication adherence and support with daily routines.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience in Personal Care, preferably with a focus on elderly or disability support.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Sound knowledge of smartphone usage, facilitating seamless communication and documentation.
  • Impeccable presentation, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and respect for clients.
  • A COVID-19 vaccine is recommended but not mandatory.
  • An NDIS Worker check is required.
Desirable Qualifications

The following qualifications are highly desirable but not essential:

  • A First Aid Certificate, demonstrating your commitment to client safety and well-being.
  • Previous experience working with dementia clients, showcasing your ability to provide empathetic and patient care.
  • A vehicle and comprehensive insurance, enabling flexibility and convenience in your work arrangements.
