Candidate Profile:We are seeking multiple skilled Site Engineers to become integral members of our high-performing team. You will utilize your proven site and engineering experience to:
- Collaborate closely with site supervisors to deliver engineering and technical assistance.
- Work alongside subcontractors to ensure the timely execution of project activities.
- Develop innovative solutions to intricate challenges while adhering to safety, environmental, specification, design, and contractual standards.
- Oversee quality assurance processes and manage procurement needs.
The successful candidate will be a proactive individual with:
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ideally, two years of experience in civil infrastructure projects.
- A positive approach to health, safety, environmental, and quality outcomes, integrating this commitment into all aspects of work.
- A drive to achieve cost-effective results.
- Experience with major tier one or two contractors on similar projects.
- Familiarity with the Department of Transport and Main Roads.
