We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Storeperson to join our fabrication team in our new headquarters. As a Storeperson, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Picking, Packing, and Dispatching: Accurately select and pack orders for dispatch, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.
  2. Receiving and Inspection: Verify the accuracy of incoming deliveries, checking for damage or discrepancies, and reporting any issues to the relevant team members.
  3. Inventory Management: Assist with regular stock takes, ensuring accurate inventory levels and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  4. Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  5. General Store and Housekeeping Duties: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  6. Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and containers, ensuring the secure transportation of goods.
Requirements:
  1. Manual Driver's License: Hold a current manual driver's license, with a clean driving record.
  2. Warehousing Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role, with a strong understanding of supply chain processes.
  3. Forklift License: Possess a current forklift license, with the ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
  4. Automotive Parts Experience: Previous experience in the automotive parts industry, with knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
  5. Computer Literacy: Proficient in using computer systems, with experience in inventory management software.
  6. Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 4:00pm, with fortnightly Saturdays depending on workload, paid at overtime rates.
