About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Officer to join our team at Ingenia Communities. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests to our park and provide them with information about our facilities and services
  • Actively promote our park and its unique features to guests
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out, and perform general receptionist duties
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues
About You
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and booking software
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
