Job DescriptionAs a Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing quality care and support to local families. You will create engaging programs using industry-leading tools, represent our organization, and mentor educators to develop their skills.
You will also manage rosters with the support of your Area Manager and handle compliance and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality childcare services.
- Develop and implement programs that promote children's learning and development.
- Build strong relationships with schools, parents, and local communities.
- Mentor and train educators to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Manage rosters and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Handle compliance and administrative tasks related to the operation of the service.
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in childcare or education.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
