Job Title: Mechanical Engineer Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineering Technician to join our team at our Yennora site.

The primary duties of this role will include:

  • Inspecting and maintaining the mechanical components of our vehicle fleet, including engine assemblies, transmissions, steering mechanisms, and other parts.
  • Diagnosing and repairing faulty or worn-out mechanical components, ensuring safe and efficient operation of our vehicles.
  • Conducting routine maintenance services, such as oil changes, lubrications, and engine tune-ups, to maintain high standards of performance.
  • Testing all repaired mechanical parts to ensure adequate completion and inspecting our fleet daily for roadworthiness.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inspections and repairs carried out.
  • Responding promptly to vehicle breakdowns and conducting off-site repairs as required.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality assurance and safety management standards.
  • Supporting transportation and loading/unloading product as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in mechanical engineering (preferably in the oil and gas industry).
