Entry Level Recruitment Consultant Opportunity

This role presents a chance to join an experienced team of professionals within our Wetherill Park branch.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, boasting strong recruiting capabilities and administration skills.

You will be supported by the team & management, however you will also be required to be able to work autonomously and pro-actively.

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Organising and maintaining filing systems, managing document control
  • Database management
  • Reference Checks on employees

A successful candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid intermediate computer skills across Microsoft packages, an outgoing and friendly personality, and great attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with clients and candidates
  • Develop and maintain databases for tracking candidates and client information
  • Source and select potential candidates for job openings
  • Co-ordinate interviews and selection processes

Benefits:
