Room Service Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to take on the role of Room Service Attendant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience through prompt and friendly service, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and exceeds expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to multitask and maintain a high level of accuracy when handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by responding promptly to requests and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
  • Process transactions accurately and handle customer payments with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of previous food and beverage experience, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
