Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and sales-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Rockwear Orion, QLD. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment and support colleagues to achieve sales targets
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inspiring shopping environment
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in the fashion industry
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
