  • To ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, we are seeking a skilled Home Care Support Worker to join our team.

About This Role:

We are looking for an individual who can provide exceptional support and care to patients in their homes. As a Home Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and helping patients maintain their independence.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting patients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  2. Preparing meals and ensuring patients have access to nutritious food.
  3. Providing emotional support and companionship to patients.
  4. Helping patients with mobility and transfer tasks.
  5. Managing medications and reminding patients to take their prescriptions.
  6. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

Key Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in healthcare or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic life support certification.
