**About the Role**

The HR/Recruitment Coordinator is a key member of our operational team, responsible for ensuring a seamless hiring and onboarding process. This role involves supporting the team with recruitment and HR tasks, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive experience.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and prepare offer letters.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, training coordination, and documentation.
  • Support HR administration, maintain records, and assist with disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and prepare reports on recruitment metrics.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or recruitment coordination, with strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Knowledge of modern awards, national employment standards, and employee entitlements.
  • Strong customer service focus with excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work collaboratively in a team, and approach problem-solving proactively.
