Maintenance Assembler

Job Overview
The role of Maintenance Assembler requires a high level of attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Safely assemble steel frames according to drafting plans.
This highly rewarding position reports to the Factory Manager and is part of the assembly team.
ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:
- Safe Assembly Practices: Ensuring the safe assembly of steel frames in accordance with drafting plans.
This includes working diligently to meet production targets while maintaining a safe working environment.
Main Accountabilities
- Assembly Quality: Ensure that all assemblies are completed to the highest standard, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within the assembly team to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing production demands.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Assembly quality ratings.
- Efficiency and productivity metrics.
- Customer satisfaction scores.
