As a Senior ETL Testing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing reusable testing artefacts for data migration initiatives. Your responsibilities will include developing automated test scripts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet performance standards, and providing regular monitoring and reporting on test progress.

Key Responsibilities:

- Designing and implementing reusable ETL testing frameworks
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop comprehensive test plans and strategies
- Developing automated test scripts using SQL and scripting languages
- Providing regular monitoring and reporting on test progress, including tracking defects and areas for improvement
- Escalating critical issues to the project management team as necessary

Key Requirements:

- Experience with ETL source to target mappings, transformations, and reconciliation/ validation rules
- Solid script writing skills in SQL and programming languages
- Experience working in Agile environments with multiple stakeholders and vendor teams
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent industry experience in testing
- Knowledge of automation tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
