Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced educators to join our team as Disability Inclusion Facilitators. This is an exciting opportunity to work with Victorian government schools, delivering the Disability Inclusion Profile and supporting students with additional needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in inclusive education, experience working with children with disabilities, and excellent communication skills. We offer comprehensive training, flexible working arrangements, and ongoing support for our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Disability Inclusion Profile meetings in schools
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
  • Provide individualized support to students with disabilities

Requirements:

  • Qualifications as a Teacher
  • Current VIT registration
  • 5+ years of experience working in/with schools
  • Extensive knowledge of child development, disabilities or learning challenges that students may experience
  • Strong understanding of the principles of inclusion in education
  • Experience in group facilitation
