Role Overview

At Luxury Escapes, we are seeking a skilled Travel Sales Consultant to join our customer sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Utilize product knowledge to provide customers with tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
  1. Experience in phone-based sales, preferably in the travel and leisure industry.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  4. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
