As a seasoned Data Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by harnessing the power of data and analytics.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a dynamic Managing Consultant. You will be responsible for leading client solutions, managing data and analytics projects, and designing high-quality business solutions that drive results.

Your expertise in data modeling, data ingestion, and ETL design will enable you to translate complex requirements into clear, effective data and analytics solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver data and analytics projects on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.
  • Design and develop high-quality business and technical solutions that improve performance and unlock opportunities for our clients.
  • Take ownership of your work, bringing autonomy, accountability, and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Stay ahead of industry, technology, and methodology trends to bring fresh thinking to every project.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members to help them grow and succeed.
The Knowledge You Bring
  • Experience linking and translating business requirements into data warehouse, business intelligence, and analytics solutions.
  • Good skills in data modeling, data ingestion, and ETL design.
  • Experience in cloud technologies (AWS or Microsoft Azure is highly desirable).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and awareness of industry trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A background in consulting and professional services.
  • Tertiary qualification in an IT-related subject, or relevant work experience.
