We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our Mine Tailings team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple complex projects from start to finish.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering engineering services related to mine waste management
  • Managing work programs to deliver engineering services to clients
  • Supporting concurrent projects across the entire lifecycle, including design management, tendering, contract administration, financial management, project scheduling, and risk management
  • Leading the design of tailings storage facilities and other earthen structures, from conceptual through to delivery stages
  • Planning and directing field investigations and other tasks to meet project requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Civil/Mining Engineering or equivalent qualifications
  • Proven project management experience, including managing multiple coinciding programs with internal and external stakeholders
  • A background working on tailings, water, and civil projects, ideally with some experience within a consulting environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing, presentations, and client interactions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and within multi-disciplinary project teams
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality service to clients within budget and time constraints
