Job Description:

As a key member of our Customer Service Team, you will be the first point of contact for our AutoGlass customers. Your role will involve delivering exceptional customer experiences through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails.

You will be responsible for greeting customers with a positive attitude, ensuring their experience within the branch is of the highest standard. This includes answering customer inquiries, providing support to the manager, and undertaking repair inspections on vehicles.

Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively keep customers updated on delivery lead times, explore their needs, and educate them on our full scope of services. You will also be responsible for issuing invoices, raising job authorities, scheduling repair bookings, and resolving customer concerns.

Requirements:
  • Professional communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Current drivers license required
  • Ability to resolve issues and create solutions for customers
  • Supporting the Branch manager with administrative tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
