Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of restaurant management and profitability. You will lead teams, provide clear direction, coaching, and support to prepare and serve delicious food and create feel-good customer experiences through every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including sales, food cost, labor spend, and other controllable expenses.
- Lead teams and provide clear direction, coaching, and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety, quality, and presentation.
