As an Operations Business Partner, you'll play a critical role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our User Voice Supergroup. This team interfaces with our most valuable partners – our users.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning all team operations end-to-end, ensuring we have built cadences and administrative infrastructure that are essential to building operational excellence and hitting goals.
  • Communicating optimally to support teams, facilitating relationships to ensure all relevant teams and partners are up to date and working efficiently.
  • Proactively driving initiatives forward, collaborating with Group leadership and Leadership Operations to connect the pieces and break them down into manageable efforts.
  • Becoming the glue of the team, facilitating effective communication among project teams through storytelling, promoting collaboration and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with experience in Internal Operations, Program or Project Management, Product Operations, or similar roles within start-up or scale-up tech or SaaS product environments or consulting environments.

You should have a keen eye for detail, a strong desire to uphold high standards of excellence, and be truly self-motivated with a desire to constantly learn and develop.
