As a Rehabilitation Consultant - Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist/Exercise Physiologist/Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable people to return to meaningful employment.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate treatment and rehabilitation needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses
- Support clients in identifying future employment or training options
- Perform assessments in your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or daily living assessments
- Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goal
- Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships
