About Our Care Team

Delivering exceptional in-home care to seniors requires a genuine passion for aged care community services. We're seeking a compassionate Home Care Assistant who can provide personalised support to enable clients to live independently and maintain their quality of life.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring client condition, transportation, house cleaning, personal hygiene, meal preparation and other health-related activities. Your commitment to best practice care will ensure that all in-home care is provided in a personalised, caring and respectful manner.

Requirements:
  • A strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cohesive team
  • Respect for diversity and inclusivity
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing and computer skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Valid CPR and First Aid certification
  • Certificate III in Ageing, Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification
  • Full driver's license and suitable transportation
