Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and assist the site with rostering to ensure effective coordination and rostering of operational areas, visits processing, switchboard, and other general administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and maintain staff rosters to ensure optimal shift coverage
  • Support professional visit scheduling and handle general visit inquiries
  • Manage switchboard operations and field incoming calls with professionalism
  • Complete data entry and support key administrative processes including medical administration
  • Liaise with operational managers and workforce management teams to support daily staffing needs
Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Accuracy and efficiency within systems
