About the Role

As a Collections Consultant with Symmetry Human Resources Group Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients in managing their accounts while maintaining positive relationships.

This is a full-time role that offers a hybrid work environment and a competitive salary package, including circa $70,000 plus super.

Our client provides a wide range of debt recovery services to small businesses and ASX-listed companies, with a proven track record of recovering over $400 million.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their financial situations and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and effectively manage collections to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in our systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
