Production Specialist Role

Maximize manufacturing efficiency and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced refinery environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process optimization, safety protocols, and leadership skills to drive team success.

  • Safety Leadership
  • Develop and maintain a culture of prioritizing health, safety, and environmental responsibility within the team.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Operational Excellence
  • Design, implement, and maintain streamlined processes for start-up, normal operation, abnormal situations, and emergency response.
  • Optimize resource allocation to support project delivery and maintenance activities.
  • Regularly review alarm rates and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage process chemical stocks and consumption to ensure availability when needed.
Asset Management
  • Develop and execute asset management strategies to enhance overall performance.
  • Support budget development and management to achieve business objectives.
  • Coordinate shutdowns, commissioning, and preparation for maintenance and turnaround events.
  • Maintain accurate records of HSSE-critical equipment and operating windows.
Collaboration and Problem Solving
  • Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to address challenges and implement improvements.
  • Apply technical expertise to troubleshoot operational issues and investigate process incidents.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancement and resolve production problems.
  • Provide training and mentorship to production team members on best practices and new technologies.
