Real Estate Administrator Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our high-performing team, ensuring the smooth progression of sales and listings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide sales administration support to our sales team
- Assist with reception and general administration duties
- Prepare for listing presentations and ensure accurate compliance of documentation
- Contact and consult with valuers, building/pest inspectors, council and solicitors
- Liaise with vendors, tenants and outside agencies to arrange access and prepare properties for photo shoots and inspections
- Prepare pre-auction sales summaries, auction packs and original contracts
- Manage campaigns and ensure a clean and manageable portfolio
Requirements:
- Certificate of Registration in Real Estate or willingness to obtain
- 6+ months industry experience or strong administration background
- Excellent communication and presentational skills
- A keen interest in Real Estate and progression
- Motivated self-starter
