About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Waste Management Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing our waste management strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic guidance on all aspects of waste management, including policy development, stakeholder engagement, and operational optimization.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a high-performing team of waste management professionals, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to achieve their goals.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent our organization at industry-level committees, working groups, and forums, promoting our interests and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Oversee projects related to waste management, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including governments, industry associations, and community groups.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: A relevant qualification in a field such as environmental science, business administration, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior waste management role, with a proven track record of success in strategic leadership, team management, and industry engagement.
