Parking Operations Manager Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parking Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our parking management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable parking initiatives across the Acton campus.

  • Develop and implement sustainable parking initiatives to enhance the overall campus experience for students, staff, and visitors.

  • Manage parking administrative services, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

  • Oversee parking operations, including enforcement, customer service, and revenue collection.

  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including staff, students, and community groups.

  • Provide strategic advice on parking processes to meet university guidelines and objectives.

  • Liaise with ANU internal stakeholders and manage the Parking Management System Contract.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

  • Proven experience in parking management or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
