The Role

We're seeking experienced funds lawyers to join our platform. If you're a highly skilled and self-driven professional with expertise in fund formation, registration, distribution, and marketing, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on fund formation and establishment, including IPOs and fundraisings
  • Assist with fund registration, distribution, and marketing
  • Draft and negotiate fund investments
  • Provide general asset management support
  • Ensure compliance with fund-related regulations and ESG requirements
Requirements
  • A right to work and reside in Australia
  • Qualified to practice in Australia – unrestricted
  • A minimum of four years' post-qualification experience, ideally in a top-tier law firm or leading financial institution
  • Willingness to engage with Peerpoint as a casual employee or via an Independent Legal Practice
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in a common law jurisdiction
  • Self-starter with a commitment to building a career as a consultant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Client service-focused with a strong commercial acumen
