Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Lead to join our team at Derwent Search. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and deploying software applications for desktop and web platforms.


Responsibilities:



  • Create high-quality software solutions that meet the technical requirements of our clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and implement solutions
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs and issues in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the field

Requirements:



  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
  • Proficiency in at least two programming languages, including Python and Java
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Estimated Salary:


$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
