  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster positive relationships with guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded at all times.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of menus, wine lists, and other beverages to provide expert recommendations.
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of dietary requirements to cater to diverse guest preferences.
  • Deliver prompt, efficient, and polite responses to requests, guaranteeing an exceptional dining experience.
  • Encourage feedback from guests to update and maintain accurate records, enabling us to tailor our services to meet their evolving needs.
  • Stay informed about local trends and updates to continuously enhance your product knowledge.
  • Prioritize proactive approach, adhering to specific standards and procedures while introducing yourself to guests, using their name, and engaging in personalized interactions.
