Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Client Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering Quality Services: Ensure seamless and efficient care delivery to our clients by coordinating with care staff and stakeholders.
  • Rostering and Scheduling: Match clients with the perfect care staff through timely and accurate rostering, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
  • Communication and Feedback: Maintain open communication channels with clients, care staff, and stakeholders, handling feedback and incidents with precision for continuous service improvement.
  • Support and Development: Provide support and guidance to care staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care.
  • Broker Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with broker partners to ensure collaborative working practices.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to organizational and industry standards, maintaining a culture of excellence and integrity.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in Service Delivery: A proven track record of delivering quality services in a similar role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with clients, care staff, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle challenging situations with ease.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computer systems, including rostering software, word processing, and database management tools.
  • Continuous Improvement: A proactive approach to improving processes and services, driven by a commitment to excellence.
