The Role

As a Tenancy Program Manager, you will provide strong leadership across a portfolio of housing teams. You will oversee tenancy services, support team leaders and ensure compliance with relevant legislation. You will also play a key role in managing escalated matters, including representation at VCAT, while embedding a culture of collaboration, accountability and service excellence.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience, ideally managing teams in a housing, tenancy or community services environment
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and experience in VCAT representation
  • Ability to develop, mentor and empower leaders to drive team capability and performance
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills
  • High levels of resilience, adaptability and a commitment to trauma-informed practice
