About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Maintenance Officer at our Greenmount location. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain plant, equipment, buildings, and services to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
- Keep accurate records of chemicals used and adhere to compliance requirements.
- Ensure the grounds are tidy and well-manicured, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal of our facilities.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Document and action maintenance activities within legal requirements.
Requirements:
- General handyman skills or experience in maintenance is essential.
- Grounds maintenance, painting, and gardening knowledge are highly desirable.
- Supervisory or coordination experience in maintenance programs would be beneficial.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
- Current First Aid & CPR certification is mandatory.
