Senior Planning and Environment Lawyer Position

The role involves advising on various matters, including appeals in the Land and Environment Court, compulsory acquisitions, and negotiating important planning agreements. As a Planning and Environment Lawyer or Associate, you will represent major developers in significant cases, using strong industry connections and negotiation skills to overcome regulatory challenges and enable large development projects to move forward.
You will provide legal advice, prepare submissions, and work with a skilled team to deliver excellent service to clients.
- Main Responsibilities:

- Providing legal advice and preparing submissions
To be successful in this role, you should have solid experience as a Planning and Environment Lawyer or Associate from a reputable law firm or in-house legal department. You should be able to work well as part of a tight-knit team and have strong skills in leading and mentoring others.
