Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, both on-site and remotely.">
  • Provide support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and network connectivity.">
  • Perform system upgrades, patching, and preventive maintenance.">
  • Document service requests, actions taken, and resolutions in ticketing systems.">
  • Support end-users with hardware and software inquiries.">
  • Collaborate with the IT team to escalate and resolve complex issues.">
  • Ensure all work complies with company security policies and standards.">
  • Assist in setting up new offices, workstations, and IT infrastructure as required.">
