Our Team

We have an established reputation as an industry leader in civil engineering, providing innovative solutions for clients across various sectors.

This role will provide you with opportunities to work on diverse projects including urban redevelopment, highways and rail infrastructure. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for managing and contributing to the design of projects that leave a lasting legacy for our community.

You will work closely with our experienced team members to deliver technical advice and designs, mentor engineers and act as a key contact for clients.

About You
  • Bachelor of Engineering degree
  • Minimum of 12 to 15 years' experience in civil engineering, particularly in roads and highways projects
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing to Main Roads Western Australia standards
  • Able to lead and mentor junior engineers and contribute to their career development
