As a Home Loan Business Banker, you will play a key role in meeting the home lending needs of our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to make a genuine impact for our community and develop your expertise in credit and home finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow our consumer lending book by identifying and meeting customer needs and maximising customer retention.
  • Build deep relationships with customers through quality conversations and unlock new home lending opportunities within existing portfolios.
  • Work collaboratively with aligned professionals to generate referrals and participate in local business development and targeted marketing activities.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and service by accurate and timely processing of lending applications.

Requirements:
  • Drive and tenacity.
  • Experience and enjoyment of all aspects of financial analysis.
  • Demonstrated lending experience.
