About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Lead Educator to join our team at Papilio Early Learning Lutwyche. As a key member of our educational team, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning experiences of our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Implementation: Collaborate with our educators to design and implement high-quality programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).
  • Team Development: Nurture and develop our team members to ensure they have the skills and confidence to contribute to the learning and development of our children.
  • Family Engagement: Build strong relationships with our families to ensure they feel valued and supported in their child's learning journey.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure that our centre meets or exceeds the requirements of the EYLF and NQS.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
  • A current Working with Children's Check.
  • A passion for developing the learning and skills of young children.
