Maintenance Watch Engineer Job

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Watch Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance requirements, defect rectifications, deferred defects, and AOG support to optimize efficiency and maximize aircraft serviceability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate maintenance activities with Fleet Services, Operations, Flight Crew, and external partners to align with flight schedules.
  • Liaise with CASA to ensure compliance with aviation regulations and provide guidance on non-standard repairs or modifications.
  • Monitor parts supply chain, manage defect requisitions, maintain safety standards, and provide technical support to aircrew.
  • Ensure smooth workflow through effective handovers.
Requirements:
  • Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (B1 or B2) certification.
  • Proven experience working on turboprop or jet aircraft types.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to oversee maintenance requirements to optimize efficiency.
  • EASA license holder.
