We're seeking a skilled Guest Experience Host to join our team, where you'll have the opportunity to shine as the face of our brand and make a lasting impact on our guests' stays.

Your role will involve managing activities and performance in the absence of the Guest Experience Host Manager, scheduling onsite resident guests for updates or presentations, greeting and registering owners and guests, and providing information on local area attractions.

In addition to your administrative tasks, you'll work closely with the resort operations team to provide seamless transitions for owners and guests through the check-in process. You'll also be responsible for meeting guests face-to-face and generating sales appointments for our sales centers.
