Sales Floor Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Floor Team Member to join our team in Carlingford.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying customer needs and resolving queries efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Maintain accurate stock management, including receiving deliveries, unpacking stock, and storing refills.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising through effective store presentation.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- At least one year's experience in retail sales in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to build professional relationships and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach.
- A customer service focus and passion for homewares.
- Demonstrated experience using electronic Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards.
- Flexibility, including weekends and late-night trading days, as required.
