Our team is seeking a Production Associate to join our dynamic production environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced setting, developing your skills and knowledge.

GMP Pharmaceuticals manufactures a wide range of dietary supplement products for domestic and international markets. Our production areas are diverse, with various tasks to learn and develop your expertise.

To be successful in this position, you will need to be physically fit, willing to learn, and demonstrate potential for growth or transfer within the business. You will be assigned to a department based on your suitability and availability.

The ideal candidate will have experience in food manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry, a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, machine operator experience (preferred), flexibility in working days, and a willingness to learn.

This is a casual opportunity with varied shift patterns, including 12 hour shifts and 8 hour shifts. The salary is competitive, and we offer a range of benefits, including referral programs, penalty rates, performance bonuses, and supplemental pay types.

We prioritize employee health and safety, requiring all employees to be fully vaccinated, wear masks, and conduct regular RAT tests before entering production areas.

Please note that we require applicants to be available to work weekends, okay with potential overtime, and able to lift 10-15kg repetitively. Additionally, please provide your current visa/Australian work rights as part of your application.
