">About The RoleThis exciting role requires a skilled professional to lead the expansion of our portfolio by uncovering new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering engaging events that elevate member experience and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure quality customer outcomes
- Manage and deliver event schedules, including community events, corporate events, internal staff events, seminars, and sponsorship activations
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner, providing high-quality correspondence and support
- Identify and pursue opportunities for promoting the Mobility Centre through special events, presentations, and industry/community group involvement
- Manage member and client enquiries and complaints related to Mobility products
- Demonstrated experience in new business development, sales pipeline management, negotiation, and closing business
- A proven track record of increasing revenue through current customers and generating new business
- Strong planning and organizational skills, particularly in managing stakeholders and coordinating corporate events
- A keen attention to detail with a flair for creative presentation
- Ability to prioritize workloads, follow through on tasks, and meet deadlines to deliver smoothly coordinated events
- High-level interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CMS, and DAX
- Ability to work outside normal business hours as required
