Payroll & Hr Administrator

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Administrator, Payroll & HR. In this newly created opportunity, you will be responsible for managing the payroll and human resources functions of the organization.
About the Role:- Process fortnightly and monthly payroll for 100 employees
- Prepare and lodge payroll tax and superannuation
- Onboard new starters and oversee induction paperwork
- Issue Letters of Offer and contracts for new starter employees
- Provide accurate information in response to employee queries
- Coordinate the annual salary review process for employees
- Ensure all monthly and yearly payroll deadlines are met
- Oversee recruitment of new staff and ensure the recruitment process is adhered to
- Maintain and create relevant policies and procedures
- You have strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You have experience working in payroll and human resources
- You are able to work independently and as part of a team
- Supportive management team
- Attractive remuneration (circa $90,000 - $110,000 + super)
- Immediate start available
