Job Summary:

DP World Australia Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Supplementary Stevedore to join our team in Fremantle. As a key member of our workforce, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the loading and unloading of ships, including lashing, pins, and ITV operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lashing: Secure shipping containers to the deck of a ship using heavy rigging equipment.
  • Pins: Lock and unlock heavy twist locks to secure containers together and to the deck of a ship.
  • ITV Operations: Drive automatic internal road trucks to transport containers within the terminal.

Requirements:

  • A current and valid driver's license.
  • A current and valid forklift license (LF) - desirable.
  • Experience driving heavy machinery.
  • Experience with shift work.
  • Experience with physical work or laboring.
